Terms and Conditions for the “Spot the Easter Eggs!” Giveaway by THOMAS SABO GmbH & Co. KG 1. Organiser The organiser of the giveaway is THOMAS SABO GmbH & Co. KG, Silberstraße 1, 91207 Lauf a. d. Pegnitz, Germany (hereinafter referred to as “THOMAS SABO”). 2. Eligibility The competition is open to all natural persons worldwide who are at least 18 years old and have an Instagram profile. 3. How to Enter To participate, users must: correctly guess the number of Easter eggs shown in the competition image, and post this number as a comment under the giveaway post. An extra chance to win is given if participants additionally: follow the Instagram account @thomassabo, like the giveaway post, and tag another person in the comment. Each participant may only enter the giveaway once. Multiple entries will lead to disqualification. THOMAS SABO reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these terms and conditions or are suspected of manipulating the competition. Participation in the giveaway is free. Only standard internet connection costs apply. 4. Competition Period and Prizes The giveaway runs from 20.04.2025 to 25.04.2025, 11:59 PM (CET). Prizes include: 1x Charm Club Bracelet (Silver) 1x Charm Pendant “Rabbit” (Silver) 1x Charm Pendant “Gold Bear Pink” (Silver) The winners will be randomly drawn after the end of the competition period and notified via Instagram Direct Message. To process the prize, winners must provide the following details within three (3) days: full name postal address If no response is received within this period, THOMAS SABO reserves the right to select a new winner. The prizes will be sent by post. No cash alternative is available. 5. Data Protection For the execution of the giveaway, THOMAS SABO processes the following personal data: Instagram username (for participation and drawing) Name and address (only in case of winning for shipping purposes) The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. The contact details of the winners will be deleted four weeks after the prizes are dispatched. Comments under the post will remain publicly visible unless deleted by the users themselves. Data will only be shared with service providers who assist us with the processing of the giveaway (e.g., shipping companies, agencies, IT service providers). In exceptional cases, data may be transferred to third countries (e.g., the USA). If this occurs, it will be based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses in accordance with Art. 46 GDPR. Participants have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict the processing of, object to processing, and request data portability. Limitation of Liability / Changes to the Giveaway THOMAS SABO is not liable for the constant availability of the Instagram platform or for technical issues. In the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond THOMAS SABO's control, the organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the giveaway prematurely. 7. Miscellaneous The legal process is excluded. German law applies. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by participants is THOMAS SABO, not Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any liability in connection with this giveaway.
