The special feature: the coin can be rotated and its mounting is decorated with imitation red coral in a conical shape. The iconic symbol of the snake appears on the front of the coin together with leaves and a THOMAS SABO engraving in three-dimensional design. The back is adorned with a disc of shiny onyx framed by small, white zirconia stones. The ring band is elaborately designed with cord-look engraving lines.
